iprint and vista "username is invalid" installing printers

NW65 SP7
unsecured printers
iprint standalone (no other Novell clients)
Vista Business
hot patches installed
iPrint client installed
Vista drivers associated with printers

I am able to install one printer, an older HP4200, but I get username is
invalid trying to install other printers, like the HP 4240.

I am not running any type of security for any of my printers, so user name
should not be an issue at all...

any suggestions?
