iprint client on 2003 server without being logged in to print

Have an interesting situation. I have a server based web application
that can print to system printers. I want to install all of my netware
printers onto that server so that users can pick these printers to print to.

If I install iprint and install the printers that way (unsecured
printing), will the server be able to print a document to an iprint
installed printer even though the console is not logged in?

Yes. If you don't enable security, then printing does not require
authentication and users can print "anonymously".
