iprint.ini settings

Hello all: I push out iprint updates via zenworks rather
than using the automatic update. Within iprint.ini there
are three lines which specify the version number:

NovellWinVersion = 438 ??????????
NovellWinVer2K = 438
NovellWinVerXP = 512

Now that 2K and XP versions are at different revs I assume
the last two lines should be as shown above. However, I do
not known what the first line should read???

All help greatly appreciated, Chris.

The version numbers in iprint.ini are only used by older iprint clients or
when the iprint client doesn't find a file version.ini in the platform
specific client directory on the iPrint server. If the version.ini file
exists, it will take precendence and the version number in iprint.ini is
ignored.
Furthermore, if you are distributing your iprint client through zenworks,
then you don't have to care about the version numbers in the ini files at
all. The version numbers in the ini files are only used in case the
iprint.ini specifies that a newer client should be installed automatically
when available.
In your case, you simply don't touch iprint.ini at all.
