iprint printer agent error

I was having problems trying to install PaperCut and in the process if found a problem with my "Printer Agents" tab in Manage Print Manager.

In my setup I have two iPrint servers. The older one is running SP3 and I gave up trying to upgrade to SP4. (had too many errors)
So I was planning to make my life simpler and setup a new iPrint server and possibly import the users over later.

But My new SP4/OES2015 server is giving me a few problems. "on the printer agents" tab I get this detailed error listed below. Any Ideas?

This is not an issue I have run into before. Do you have Printer Agents created for this iPrint server? Are you seeing other odd symptoms managing iPrint objects in iManager or is it just the Printer Agents tab that is causing the issue? It could be an issue with the iPrint plugin or a possible issue with the print manager database. You could try removing and reinstalling the iPrint plugin. The other option would be to use the XML import tool to recreate the database. You can follow the instructions in to recreate the database.
