iprint upd NW65SP8D

April of this year, we upgraded our cluster servers to OESNW65SP8 and install all the sp8 post patches including the iprint post patch iprntnw65sp8b-2. Recently these messages appear in the logger screen:
"BuildBanner()failed, code:FFFFFFFF, Printer Agent:HP2300-119"

Imgr does not show any configuration in the custom banner tab for this printer, and printer has the latest drivers.

Is the nw65sp8d iprint patch recommended to do? any issues with the rmansrvr.nlm?

Since we upgraded to OESNW65 we have been experiencing nss file cache decreases and have not been able to solve the problem. Will a new rmansrvr.nlm help in solving nss file cache decreases?

please advice.
thx
