iprintman command line error

Trying to import an OES1 csv backup of the Manager database on a fresh OES2 install with:

iprintman printer --csv-import ./padbtxt.csv

I get the following error right after authenticating

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'OpenWBEM4::CIMException'
what(): general error (Unable to convert "false" into UInt32)

I've looked around and found no information regarding this error or where to start looking to resolve it.
