missing plugin on a Mac
hi all,
trying to upload a driver to the driver store.
when I select the "drivers" tab, "additional plugins are required to display all the media on this page"
I checked, tools - add-ons - plugins on firefox and the novell iprint plugin is there......I assume this should be all you need.
version is 1.1 - client is 5.72
Mac version is 10.7.5
thanks is advance........

I believe you must use IE on Windows to upload all drivers, including
Mac drivers. You *may* be able to do the upload from the command-line
using iprntcmd on a Mac.

jmarton,
I thought you had to be on the platform in which you wished to upload drivers in order to get them into the driver store correctly? Is this only for the variations of Windows? Does the same upload exist for the linux drivers as well?

That limitation is for Windows though as I recall it's a bit more
forgiving these days. But yeah, for uploading Linux drivers I believe
you must use Windows.
