printers going unavailable

Can anyone help me with this issue with printers going offline /
unavailable on workstations running XP and we recently upgraded our
NWclient to 4.91 sp2
Its a random event on our HP Printers an if you hit refresh 3 times or
restart the worksations print spooler everything is OK.
We are running NW6 SP5 running NDPS.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Access the IP address of your network printer from your web browser. On
the configuration page look for the Network configuration tab. There you
should find settings for SNMP. Disable SNMP and click apply.
We have had hundreds of HP LJ1320n’s with this issue and this has fixed
them.
