setupipp crashes

I have a very tight school environment where nearly every program is
installed on the server. Netscape for example. When distributing nipp to the
people in an zenwork ipp-object it tries write files in that, of course,
write protected folder. Ordinarie users are not allowed to write to folders
in program volume. Is there a way to turn this function off or do I need to
make an package to distribute it?

Best Wishes,
