start the iPrint without using iManager

Does anyone know how I can start the iPrint without using iManager?
Is there any command line to start the iPrint?

For the iPrint Manager:

rcnovell-ipsmd start

For the driver store:

rcnovell-idsd start

Running iPrint on Linux? If so the use the following commands:

/etc/init.d/novell-ipsmd start (iPrint Manager)
/etc/init.d/novell-idsd star (iPrint DriverStore)
