update workstation drivers on NDPS printers

We have Netware 6.5 and our printers are setup using NDPS. What is the best way to update the printer drivers on the workstations (Windows XP Pro)? I'm assuming the drivers on the workstations can be updated using either iManager or ZenWorks, but I don't know how to do it. Any help would be appreciated.
