usefull iPrint documentation available ?

is there a documentation, how to deploy step by step printer drivers to workstations. the user was not allowed to delete the driver, if we use icm, he can delete the printer, and start asking where is my printer...... so it must be safe for administration too. now we are talking about 200 printers that are start to get used by iprint too. ( currently attached via qbps)
were can we find some detailed documentation how to deploy drivers, how to use iprint and so on. nw documentation is not helpfull !!!

Well, I hope your knowledge is deep enough to create iPrint printers and associate drivers with them and that your only problem is the automatic migration from queue based printing to iPrint. In short, the steps to follow are the following:

- create appropriate iPrint printers for all your printers and ensure the appropriate drivers and profiles are attached to them
- in iManager, you will find an option to associate an iPrint printer with a print queue (not the spool association, but the assosiation for migration). Make sure every print queue is associated with an iPrint printer
- edit your iPrint.ini file and enable the option to migrate from print queues to iPrint
- deploy the iPrint clients to yoru workstations

Once the iPrint client parses the iprint.ini file and sees the enabled queue to iprint migration option, it will automatically remove the queue based printing and install the matching iPrint printer

For more details on the migration, see the following section of the iPrint documentation.
