Problems opening Fortify Workbench

Hi I am unable to open Fortify Workbench, Could someone help if this is a version incompatibility with java. I am running java - version "1.7.0_95", And HP_Fortify_SCA_and_Apps_4.30.

[root@tube-build-01 bijjam]# auditworkbench <filename>.fpr

Unsupported Cairo version. Cairo will be switched off. To use Cairo please upgrade it to 1.9.4 or later.

Eclipse:
