Although Vickie was a C programmer after college, she discovered that her real passion was interacting directly with customers and helping them to solve problems. In 2000, this love lead her to the technical support team at Serena. Vickie has had the good fortune to work on several product teams during her time here, focusing on SBM and Release Management for the last few years. When she is not in the office, Vickie enjoys hiking, biking, and car camping with her husband, young son and dog.
