I am the Professional Services Technical Director for Serena Software. I do direct consulting work for Serena's customers mostly with SBM and the product applications built on SBM. I have been in Serena's consulting organization for the last 9 years.
Before that, I was VP of Research and Development for TeamShare. TeamShare built the TeamTrack product which was renamed to SBM after TeamShare was acquired by Serena. So I also spent almost 6 years on the development side of what is now the SBM product.
I have a BSEE from the Univ of Iowa and an MSEE with a Space Systems option from the Univ of Colorado. However, I fell in love with software and have been working with software for a very long time.
