First things first: If you're having a problem logging in or other problems with your account, please READ THIS.
And....Welcome to those of you who have been migrated from the old Micro Focus Forums site! ( Migrated 19 June 2019) This site is organized a bit differently than the old site. Check out our FAQ for how to use this site.
Our community consolidation plan is well underway and will cause the community to be in read only mode from time to time while we do the data/user imports from other sites.
Interface update and single sign on: You've seen us make a couple of big changes so far to our community. First there was the user interface update which gave us a whole new look and some better functionality. Next came the SSO (Single Sign On) migration which allows our community site to be tied to the same login as the rest of Micro Focus eliminating the need for you to have to manage two different logins for anything Micro Focus.
Community consolidation: Now we've started the process of community consolidation. Micro Focus has experienced mergers and acquisitions and we have a number of community sites, making it hard for you to figure out where to go to discuss and find information about your Micro Focus product. We've begun the process of bringing all that community content to THIS site. When we're finished, we'll have all community content located in a single location right here.
Our first move towards consolidation was to move our community previously located at https://community.microfocus.com to this new site. We stole that URL too! This was mostly the community for our Application Delivery Management and Application Modernization & Connectivity products and the new home is here.
The next milestone was bringing our WordPress communities (Cool Solutions) blogs (Novell and NetIQ) and turning them into our "Tips & Information" knowledgebases here in the community.
On June 19th we migrated the vBulletin community (Micro Focus Forums)
And finally our Joomla (Serena Central) community is scheduled to migrate in August, so stay tuned for those moves to be coming right up.
If you have any general community related feedback for us, don't hesitate to post it in our FEEDBACK FORUM.
Our apologies for all the inconvenience. We feel it will be worth it for you in the end with one complete Micro Focus Community site. Thanks for your patience.
