How to submit a CT ticket

• Access https://home.software.microfocus.com/myaccount/public/contact.html
• Once in My Account, make sure your account is “SaaS General Support”
  • NOTE: You can see it in Bold above your name on the right top side of the page.
• Then navigate to the “Support” tab. For example:

• Then you can click on GET SERVICE, to open a ticket.
• Then you can click on MA My Account button (highlighted in blue below):

• Then you can pick which type of ticket you want:
  • Request a service – this is a typical activity the support team are accustomed to helping customers
  • Request a problem – this is if you have a generic problem with My Account or BackOffice (OLM)
