Why does my product not show up in My Account?

Answer

As part of the basic fulfillment onboard process, CT was never meant to display products setup as Basic fulfillment.

As of CT release 13.2, we will be including the product name only, in the list of products in My Account.  Future releases will also complete what is visible in My Account for basic fulfillment products. 

The plan if for CT release 13.3 to include the Launch button and for CT release 13.4 to include the entitlement information.  However these plans are not fixed and are subject to change.
