Control Tower is a SaaS management platform with many capabilities. It is primarily structured for two main audiences:

1. My Account - SaaS customer experience, via our SaaS Portal:
   • Single customer and partner experience portal for all SaaS offerings
   • Customers / Partners can:
     • See SaaS entitlements
     • Access their environments
     • Raise support tickets or be directed to the appropriate product group support tool
     • View and administer notifications
     • View and administer user's access.
2. Back Office - MF internal employee platform:
   • The most important of these are:
     • SaaS Order Fulfillment and Provisioning
     • Notification Management
     • Usage Data (tracking and reporting)
     • Tenant / Environment Management
     • Inventory Management
     • Report Management
