I was April Fooled...

.... but it was unintentional.

I signed into my Zecco trading account today, and my available trading
balance was a little over $6.8 million dollars.

Sadly, they fixed their error later on in the morning. I guess the next
round of beers will have to be on Craig or Joe.

  • I am wary of buying LLL now because:

    1. There are *real* bargains out there
    2. I am buying stocks with reasonable dividend rates, so that if they
decline further, I can be rewarded with dividends. NOVL is the sad
exception. At 2%, LLL is lower than I like.
    3. The Forward P/E ratio is acceptable from the last 15 years, but we have
set a new standard for low P/E ratios in the last 12 months.
    4. The LLL price is sufficiently high (as in more than $10/share) that there
is *way* too much room for it to fall. I am perhaps overly concerned on
this point, but I have watched (and sometimes owned) too many stocks which
dropped like rocks on the first sign of poor earnings. Almost every company
is experiencing poor earnings at the moment, Wal-Mart and McDonalds being
    notable exceptions.

Funny, I was behind a car on the M4 the other day that had a
    personalised plate ending in LLL
