This issue has been resolved.

Some knowledge articles result in "Document Not Available", “404 Not Found” or "The page you requested is unavailable".

If you are unable to access a knowledge article that starts with "https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=",  see KM000017896 for a possible workaround.
