Situation

How do ISV Partners manage their end customer's orders/entitlements on  Software Licenses and Downloads (SLD) Portal?
 

Resolution


 
  • Click on Manage Entitlement Folders

Note: It’s required to be the Administrator of the order to view the install locations/end customers’ entitlements.

  • Enter the Install Location (which is the end customer account) in the Search for Folder field, hit enter or click on the magnifying glass
  • Click on a folder to see the orders assigned to this end customer
  • Alternatively search by order number:
    • Click on Order Number
    • Enter an Order number in the Search for Order field
    • The end customer owning the order will be displayed
  • Click on the folder to see the order and entitlements
  • Navigate back to Home
  • Click on Manage User Folders to see the users with access to the orders assigned to an end customer
  • Enter the Install Location (which is the end customer account) in the Search for Folder field, hit enter or click on the magnifying glass
  • Click on a folder to see the users and their permission level (role)
  • Alternatively search and manage users by order number:
    • Click on Order Number
    • Enter an Order number in the search field
    • The end customer owning the order will be displayed
    • Click on the folder name
    • The users will be displayed
